That’s implied. It began the lap knowing the Corvette’s driver would get his arms caught in his Hawaiian shirt and would miss a shift, the Ferrari would self-immolate, and the Jag would be hopeless, thus guaranteeing the victory for Germany. It’s just waiting to strike in turn 9.

Pretty much the best of the 80s there (minus the F40/959/Countach). Too bad Jag didn’t get with the times, the XJ-S, it’s too old looking to be modern yet new looking to be a classic.

i’ve owned 50% of the cars in this picture. :)
